Alliance Crisis Services:

The Levels of Care We Offer (and who we are!)

We are a unique provider in western North Carolina. While we offer traditional scheduled therapeutic and psychiatric services, the crisis model allows us to provide walk-in services without appointments during the business day.

Uninsured & Under-Insured

The greatest barrier to treatment that most people experience is the concern over paying for services. It is common knowledge that the population of uninsured in the United States has greatly expanded, and certainly in Transylvania County we are a highly under-insured county. We believe it is a right that all people, regardless of insurance status, are able to receive crisis and routine emotional and behavioral care. To that end, we work with Local, State and Federal funding streams to ensure that all persons we support have full access. The screening process to access these funding streams is a two part process, and while the duration is variable, we typically will be able to authorize services within 10 days. While not every person will qualify, we will work with you to ensure rapid establishment of services.

Services We Offer

  • 24/7 Crisis Counseling (828-885-8255);
